KiteSmart ships all orders of $50.00 or more, anywhere in Australia at no extra cost.
Orders of less than $50.00 incur a fixed post and packing charge of $9.50
KiteSmart delivers using the Australia Post parcel service.
Express Post can be selected at the “Checkout” for an additional fee of $4.90.
For additional peace of mind for the delivery of your item, simply choose Signature on Delivery for an additional fee of $3.00 to ensure your order is signed for on delivery. Please select this Delivery Option at the “Checkout” stage of your order. We recommend that all orders of significant value be sent via Signature on Delivery as we cannot be responsible for any order that goes astray within the regular Australia Post Parcel Service.
KiteSmart Australia will ship to any location in Australia. We do not accept international orders and cannot ship outside Australia.
In some cases the dimensions of a package may exceed the maximum dimensions permitted by Australia Post. In these cases KiteSmart Australia may use an alternate delivery service. This alternate service will be provided at no cost to you.
KiteSmart Australia is based in Geelong, Victoria, and can arrange direct pick-up of orders for customers in the Geelong area.
