Shipping and Delivery Information

 

 Free Shipping on most orders:  KiteSmart ships all orders of more than $70.00 anywhere in Australia at no extra cost.

 

Orders of $70.00 or less incur a fixed post and packing charge of $6.00.

 

KiteSmart delivers using the Australia Post parcel service.

 

Orders of less than $200 in value will be sent by standard parcel post. Orders greater than $200 in value will be sent by registered parcel post. 

 

KiteSmart Australia will ship to any location in Australia. We do not accept international orders and cannot ship outside Australia.

 

In some cases the dimensions of a package may exceed the maximum dimensions permitted by Australia Post. In these cases KiteSmart Australia may use an alternate delivery service. This alternate service will be provided at no cost to you.

 

KiteSmart Australia is based in Geelong, Victoria and can arrange direct pick-up of orders for customers in the Geelong and Melbourne areas.
