KiteSmart uses Australia Post's regular parcel service to deliver its orders. Orders of less than $150.00 incur a fixed post and packing charge of $9.95 for delivery to addresses within Victoria and $12.95 for all other states - regardless of the number of kites in the order. This charge is automatically added to your order during the checkout process. While Australia Post has proven to be quite reliable, the Registered Post option below provides a greater level of assurance that your order will be delivered. It also allows us to track your order in case something goes wrong. KiteSmart is not responsible for non-delivery of un-registered orders.
To have your order sent by Registered Post, please select this option. The Registered Post option is in addition to the regular postage charge. Please note that a single registered post option is all that is required for orders of any size. We recommend that all orders of a significant value be sent via Registered Post as we cannot be responsible for any order that goes astray in the regular Australia Post Parcel Service. Price:
